Patrick Swift, PhD, MBA, FACHE

Certified Executive Coach

Dr. Patrick Swift founded Swift Healthcare to help healthcare professionals and organizations thrive while serving others with passion and purpose. Dr. Swift has served as a hospital CEO and in multiple leadership and clinical positions at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, NYU Langone Health, RWJBarnabas Health, and Select Medical. He is a Certified Credible Leader Coach and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) who has cared for thousands of patients and coached countless healthcare professionals. 

Dr. Swift earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Patrick has served as a clinical assistant professor of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU School of Medicine, published in the clinical literature on brain injury rehabilitation, and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Emma Garrett

Emma Garrett is an executive career coach who helps high-integrity professionals who struggle with figuring out what exactly to do next, and how to sell themselves for it.
